Monocouche through coloured rendering
Monocouche through coloured render is a one coat, ready mixed, cementitious, weather resistant, external decorative, through coloured render suitable for most types of brick or blockwork. The through colour and one coat features allow fast application with shorter programme periods, thereby reducing associated scaffolding and site costs and permitting the completion of ground works at an earlier stage. It can be scraped, scraped with Ashlar cuts and stone or textured.
Through coloured renders are applied as one coat rather than two coats as with traditional sand and cement renders. another great benefit of through coloured renders is that it allows your building to “breathe” which means any moisture trapped in wall cavity can be easy escape which eliminates problem with damp. Monocouche through coloured render is a cost effective solution, requiring less time to complete, produces a decorative finish which is virtually maintenance free and guaranteed usually for ten years by the manufacturers.
