Epsom’s Edwardian and 1930s housing dominates the renderable stock — Stoneleigh, Worcester Park, Ashtead. Monocouche through-coloured render works well on these substrates after appropriate prep.
Our Epsom monocouche range covers PRB, Weber, K Rend, Parex, Wetherby, Baumit and Fassa, applied 10-20mm thick. For older 1960s ex-LA housing in parts of Ewell, mesh-reinforced base coat first before topcoat.

Silicone Render in Epsom
Silicone thin-coat is increasingly the Epsom default — driven by premium projects in Ashtead, Langley Vale and Epsom Downs-adjacent properties.
For Epsom we install K Rend Silicone, Weber Silicone, Parex, Ecorend and Fassa silicone systems, 6-10mm total thickness over a reinforced base coat. Self-cleaning hydrophobic chemistry handles mixed traffic pollution (A24, A240) and Epsom Downs airborne dust without staining.

External Wall Insulation (EWI) in Epsom
