External wall insulation

We can supply and fix all type of external wall insulation materials such as:

Mineral Wool Insulation boards
expanded polystyrene, EPS boards
phenolic insulation boards

with the following two types of finish :

multi-coat system or one-coat system

acrylic and silicone multi coat systems:

multi-coat system is a high performance external wall insulation system protected by meshcloth reinforced polymer renders.

multi coat systems consist of:

2-4mm base coat following layer of alkaline resistant reinforcing mesh and 2-4mm second layer of based coat. once the base coat is dry then a layer of primer should apply.once the primer is touch dry the coloured texture coat can apply. This method of finish EWI is benefits from being “self-cleaning” and flexible system indeed crack-resistant but it is more time consuming compare to the one-coat system

MINERAL ONE-COAT through coloured render systems offer a specially formulated mineral based render, which forms part of External Walling Insulation system , which can be hand or machine applied directly to all major insulation types. Because it is a one-coat system, no waiting for a base coat to dry is necessary and the material can be applied by spray render pump, making the application economical and rapid Fibre mesh reinforcement is applied between wet passes and the material is finished to a scrape texture the following day. scaffold hire costs are significantly reduced and the disruption to the homeowner is minimised. The resulting finish is maintenance-free and available in a wide range of colours and textures.
