Rendering
Monocouche through coloured render is a one coat, ready mixed, cementitious, weather resistant, external decorative, through coloured render suitable for most types of brick or blockwork. The through colour and one coat features allow fast application with shorter programme periods, thereby reducing associated scaffolding and site costs and permitting the completion of ground works at an earlier stage. It can be scraped, scraped with Ashlar cuts and stone or textured.

Liquid Screed
Traditional sand and cement screeds are slow and labour intensive to install. They are also highly dependent upon the quality of the installer. Therefore developed over twenty years ago anhydrite flowing ( liquid) screeds are self leveling and quick to lay, giving a perfect, high quality flat finish which can be used with any floor covering and does not require great workmanship as the entire floor area is set up using precise laser levels and tripods prior instalation of screed. An innovative product delivering quality, speed and versatility, it can be easily laid usually 10 faster than traditional screed and can receive foot traffic within 36 hours.The simple, modern lines of a screeded floor make it perfect for use in domestic and commercial environments with underfloor heating and has become widely accepted throughout the building industry.
